Push-Pull type Ventilation Fan details :

1.Fan belt pulley is made from strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting in order to reduce the weight of blade and impeller and to improve cprrosion resistance.Special reinforced ribs pulley design to eliminate internal stress to improve rigidity and stability.

2.Motors which are high and reliable performance or customized as voltage and frequency are available.

3.Centrifugal device can open the shutters at complete 90 degree to ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air volume after closed.

4.Fan blades are tested by dynamic-balance tester. 6 pieces of mirror finished stainless steel blades, attractive and durable with big air volume. The Fan blades made by 304#/430# Stainless Steel,thickness: 1.2mm.Ensure the fan smooth running, lower vibration, less noise, increase stability.

5..Frame: Galvanized steel sheet, anti-corrosive and durable. Thickness: 1.0mm for the top and the other sides.

6.Shutter: Made of high strength hot-galvanized steel sheet, dust-proof and waterproof. Thickness: 0.7mm .

7. Protective net: Made of hard-drawn wire, designed as door-type, which is convenient for maintaining.

8. Swung drop hammer: Made of high quality nylon, stable performance, guaranteeing the shutters open and close flexibly.
